What it is:Designed to energize, this program infuses your meeting's theme and message into all attendees right from the start. It should be focused, inspiring and entertaining. It should make the audience feel special.
Who watches? Everyone at the meeting and those who could not attend.
Production Tip: A motivational meeting opener should be bigger than life. Concept, lighting, sound, performance, music, graphics and editing all play key roles. The proper venue is also crucial. Consult your production company as to the proper video and audio equipment to use at the showing. Meeting facility audio visual staff are not as familiar with the specific dynamics of your program. |

Who watches them? With all of the new television channels and the explosion of the web, broadcasters are hungry for programming. It could be shown on a cable channel or on a web channel, sent via direct mail to households, or sold at a retail store.
How you can use them: If you work in a field of special interest, such as horse racing, making models or building your own furniture, programs of this type can be great PR for your company. They can also be a source of added income, or a vehicle for overt or subtle advertising. |
